Application of cationic polyacrylamide (Zetag 4110 ZETAG4120) in sludge dewatering
Cationic polyacrylamide, CPAM for short, product appearance white powder particles, cationic polyacrylamide in acidic or alkaline medium were showing positive charge, it can effectively suspended particles in water with a negatively charged sewage flocculation precipitation, is a professional sludge dehydrating agent, at the same time also is very good water treatment coagulant aid, flocculating agent.
Cationic polyacrylamide model is mainly divided by ionic degree, 15/20/30/40/50/60% ionic degree, molecular weight is fixed.
1, decolorization, sedimentation, turbidity removal effect is good.
2, mud solid liquid separation fast, high dehydration efficiency, small dosage.
1, sludge dehydration: there will be sewage sludge generation, industrial production sewage, municipal sewage sludge, often is a hydrophilic colloid, high organic content, difficult to dehydrate, with cationic polyacrylamide, not only high dehydration efficiency, less dosage of agents, and easy to separate.
2, paper additives: paper industry, can and inorganic ions, fiber and other organic polymers electrostatic bridge effect, to enhance the physical strength and flexibility of paper, reduce fiber and cation, is a good paper reinforcement. At the same time can reduce the loss of fiber or filler, speed up water filtration, as retention aid, filter aid used in papermaking. The industrial wastewater produced in the process of paper production should also be treated with polyacrylamide.
3, sewage treatment: cationic polyacrylamide in acidic or alkaline media are positive, on the sewage with negative charge suspended particles flocculation precipitation, clarification effect is very good. Generally used for printing and dyeing factory wastewater, brewery wastewater, distillery wastewater, monosodium glutamate factory wastewater, sugar wastewater, meat products factory wastewater, beverage factory wastewater, coating wastewater and so on.
Polyacrylamide needs to be dissolved in water after the use of pharmaceutical solution treatment of the production process of sewage. Note that the dissolved pharmaceutical solution must be mixed evenly with sewage after use will be better. Dosage of reagent solution should be adjusted, do not overdosing at one time (overdosing will not work well).
PAM polyacrylamide dissolution and use:
1, when dissolving, choose clean and clean water, such as tap water, not production sewage. Dissolution can be done with water at room temperature without heating. The dissolution will be slow if the water temperature is lower than 5℃. The dissolution can be accelerated if the water temperature is properly raised, but the water temperature should not exceed 40℃.
2, the preparation of dissolved polyacrylamide concentration recommended 0.1-0.3%, that is, a liter of water add 1-3 grams of agents. The solution concentration follows the following principles:
(a) The dispensing tank is small, but the dosage is large, and the concentration of the dispensing agent can be appropriately raised, such as 0.3%;
Normal high molecular weight polyacrylamide solution concentration of 0.1%;
(b) It is recommended to prepare agents at a low concentration to facilitate adequate mixing of sewage and agents;
3, when dissolving the agent, we must pay attention to fully stirring until the agent is completely dissolved. No visible snowflake solid suspended substance is in the agent solution. The agent is transparent and colorless when it is completely dissolved.
4, do not use iron containers to prepare or store polyacrylamide solid agents and solution agents.
