Drinking water grade POLYACRYLAMIDEis mainly be used in raw water treatment, sugar making, fermentation etc. POLYACRYLAMIDEcan be added in raw water for the purpose of settling and flocculating, which can effectively reduce the additive quantity of poly-aluminum, thus avoiding producing too much sludge. Recommended products: A2517PWG, A3517PWG. In sugar making industry, POLYACRYLAMIDE is efficient in the flocculating and precipitating of bagasse from sugar solution. After the treatment, clear sugar solution will be obtained. Recommended brand: A2517PWG. Choose PAC and POLYACRYLAMIDE mixture for the separation and purification of sugar syrup for the best effect. Usage and dosage: 

A.The solution concentration of these products perform best at 0.1-0.4%, prepared with clean, fresh water.

B.When being dissolved, sprinkle anionic polyacrylamide product evenly into the water, adjust the stirring speed to 50 ~ 200rpm.  Heat if necessary (< 60℃), to accelerate the product dissolution.

C.Through lab experimentation adjust the Ph value of the solution to be treated for best results with anionic polyacrylamide.

D.If flocs occur when the anionic polyacrylamide product is mixed with the solution to be treated, slow the stirring speed to promote the growth of floccs and accelerate settling.
